The sauce and toppings pair p perfectly with the main feature of this particular burger. The bleu cheese has such a defined flavor that compliments everything else.

I love a good mushroom and Swiss burger and this did not disappoint!!!! This burger was super fresh and flavorful. The melt on the cheese was perfect and the mushrooms brought out the flavor in the patty. The bun was honestly the best part being airy and fluffy but still hearty to not become soggy. This is now my go-to Swiss mushroom burger.

This is THE MOST amazing burger. I did not expect the gustatory sorcery that emerged from the mixture of the hatch peppers, havarti, and honey sriracha, but there it was, like 'marvel sparkles' in my lobe - I love it and get it nearly every time....depending on the BOM, of course.

Former food writer and restaurant critic here. This was the best burger I've had in years! When it was brought out to me I sat smelling it for awhile because the aroma was so amazing. When I got home my cat smelled my mouth and breath and her eyes widened and her lips parted in amazement and envy. Even though I had the bacon left out and got a Beyond Burger patty this was still fantastic! Now I've got to find more reasons to go up to Anderson Mill on a regular basis. The service and atmosphere were also great and I dug the TV screen with the animal videos. Don't change a thing!
